Michiel is a motivator, inspirator, an engaging trainer but above all a team player and wonderful guy. As a GGZ health organization, we have been consciously working on the NEN and ISO standards in the field of information security since the GDPR implementation. Nevertheless, a considerable challenge arose when a large client made ISO 27001 certification as a condition for further cooperation. The time allotted to us was short. Understanding the entire ISO 27001 standard and what is needed to achieve certification is a daunting task without experience. We have therefore asked Omni-U to guide us through the process. Omni-U has given us insight into the steps to be taken. We have drawn up a risk inventory and, on the basis of this, took action, further refined policy, implemented a management system and developed measures. Omni-U has left us at the helm, but has supported us in an expert manner with knowledge and material. Fortunately, we already had a lot in order and we obtained the ISO 27001 certificate.
